Dr. Monte' L. Demars is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in school leadership, campus transformation, and instructional improvement. A former teacher and campus administrator, he has a proven track record of leading school turnaround efforts, strengthening campus culture, and improving student achievement. Throughout his career, Dr. Demars has successfully implemented systems that increased academic performance, reduced disciplinary incidents, and empowered educators to reach their fullest potential. Known for his transformational leadership style and commitment to developing both students and staff, Dr. Demars brings experience and passion for continuous improvement that will be a valuable asset in advancing the mission and continued success of Connally ISD. 

Mia Guillen

Mia Guillen is an accomplished educational leader with more than 13 years of experience in public education. A former classroom teacher, instructional leader, and Multi-Classroom Leader, she has a proven track record of strengthening instructional practices, developing educators, and improving student achievement. Most recently in Waco ISD, Mrs. Guillen played a key role in campus turnaround efforts, teacher coaching, and implementing data-driven strategies to accelerate student success. Mrs. Guillen is known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to academic excellence. Her experience and passion for developing students and educators will be a valuable asset in supporting Connally Elementary and advancing Connally ISD's mission.
